Our Radish is allowed to ferment slowly under refrigeration, this preserves the crisp texture of the radish and keeps the refreshing flavour with subtle sweet note. It has all the ingredients of our popular Napa Cabbage Kimchi.

Storage
Store in fridge up to 6 months – kimchi doesn’t go ‘bad’ in usual sense but it “ripen” and turn aggressively sour, thats when you use for cooking & for soup.
