1. Delivery via Grab or Lalamove

• Grab or Lalamove is a convenient delivery option for customers within the available service areas. Delivery may be arranged on your preferred date and time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, subject to availability.
• Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery distance. To check the delivery fee before placing your order, proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address and postcode. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before payment.
• Customers may also arrange their own Grab or Lalamove driver to collect the order from our shop.

2. Self-Collection from Our Shop

You may collect your order from our shop in Sungai Buloh. Please arrange the collection date and time with us in advance.

3. Delivery via GD Express Courier

• Delivery via GD Express is available within Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia.
• The delivery fee is RM13 for parcels below 1 kg. An additional RM3 will be charged for each subsequent kilogram.
• Your order will be handed over to GD Express within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
• Once dispatched, the parcel is estimated to arrive within three working days. Delivery dates and times are subject to the courier’s schedule and cannot be guaranteed.
• GD Express may send an SMS to the recipient before delivery. Please ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number and delivery address are accurate.
• Orders will be securely packed before dispatch. As delivery is handled by a third-party courier, Lovely Pine cannot guarantee against damage or loss during transit. Please contact us promptly if you experience an issue with your delivery.
• An additional delivery fee will apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
