Klang Valley Delivery Notes

1. Delivery fee is from RM8.00 to RM15.00 (Cookies and other items without birthday cake)
2. Birthday Cream Cake delivery fee is RM25.00 to RM35.00 (Fees is inclusive other items in our shop)
3. Upon receiving your payment, will arrange delivery the next day subject to stocks availability
4. Gifting / Buying for friends/families, BUYER’S responsibility
   • to inform RECEIVER the delivery date & ensure someone at home to receive the goods
   • to ensure RECEIVER / SHIPPING address is accurate
   • 2^nd delivery fee is chargeable if we have to RE-Deliver the Gifts/Goods
5. We engage 3^rd party’s company for delivery and it is based on rider’s schedule & route map. Strictly NO special TIMING request.
6. If you really NEED your GIFTS/GOODS on TIME? Please OPT for INSTANT delivery like GRAB or LALAMOVE with additional charges based on KM. Do provide full address in checking accurate fees.
7. Delivery is on weekdays only
8. No deliveries on Public Holidays & Weekends.

Peninsula Delivery Note

1. Delivery Fee is RM10.00 within 1.5kg
2. Additonal per KG is rm2.50
3. Delivery lead time 2-4 days from the day we send out the goods
4. COOKIES & GOODS are wrap in proper to ensure you receive in tip top condition.
5. 3^rd party courier handling of the goods is beyond our control.
6. Delivery is on weekdays only
7. No deliveries on Public Holidays or Weekends
